An apprenticeship is the best of both worlds – an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and earn a competitive salary, without missing out on the chance to study (debt-free) for useful qualifications. Our degree apprenticeships vary in terms of duration, salaries and the qualifications you’ll gain – but they all give you the chance to get your career with us off to a flying start.
Alongside our award-winning graduate programme, we also employ a number of interns for a unique 12 month placement year. You may be a student looking for a year in industry placement, a recent graduate ready for a full time work experience or someone seeking a new career opportunity, if you are one of our internships will be for you!

We’ve recently set up an Inclusion Community which brings together people from all walks of life, from different minority groups and our allies, to help us create an ongoing conversation about Inclusion at Anglian Water.
Like a staff network, it offers a support forum as well as a safe space to voice ideas, and really drives the inclusive culture we are built on.
